Greg Roukema is an Executive Vice President on the Originations team at A10 Capital.

Mr. Roukema has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate as a lender, operator, and investor. He honed his structured finance skills during his tenure as a Senior Investment Banker at Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette, where he successfully closed over $15 billion of debt and equity financings across public and private capital markets.

Prior to joining A10 Capital in 2016, Mr. Roukema was a Senior Banker at JPMorgan Chase, specializing in originating commercial real estate loans in the New York and New Jersey markets. In this capacity, he managed relationships with some of the largest real estate operators in the New York market.

Mr. Roukema holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society recipient. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado.

Mr. Roukema lives in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, and enjoys skiing, music, and martial arts in his free time.
